Transparent Fees
Clarity. Fairness. No Surprises.
At Aisa International France, we believe that financial advice should be as transparent as it is trustworthy. Our fee structure is clear, competitive, and built around your interests, so you always know exactly what you’re paying for, and why.
Why Fee Transparency Matters
In a world where hidden commissions and complex charging structures are still far too common, we take a different approach.
We’re fully independent and not tied to any banks, insurers, or product providers. That means our only loyalty is to you.
When you work with us, you’ll benefit from:
- Transparent pricing with no hidden charges.
- No product commissions unless explicitly disclosed and agreed upon.
- Unbiased advice that isn’t influenced by third-party incentives.
- Ongoing support that matches your needs, not someone else’s sales target.
Our Fee Structure
We offer flexible options depending on your situation, goals, and level of service required:
Initial Consultation – Free of Charge
Your first meeting is complimentary and without obligation. We’ll get to know your situation, discuss your goals, and outline how we can help.

Financial Planning Fee – Flat Rate or Project-Based
For clients seeking a comprehensive financial review or one-off advice, we charge a fixed fee based on the complexity of your needs. This typically includes:
1. Detailed financial and investment analysis
2. Cashflow and retirement planning
3. Personalised recommendations
4. Cross-border tax considerations
5. Retirement, education, or estate planning

Investment Advisory – Assets Under Advice (AUA) Model
For ongoing investment management on an advisory basis, we charge a percentage of the assets we manage on your behalf. This ensures our success is aligned with yours. For this, you will obtain an annual review and meetings whenever your circumstances change or you have some questions about your investments. The tax treatment of your investments will also be reviewed on an annual basis.

Commission-Based Products – Fully Disclosed, Client-Approved
Where a financial product (e.g., an insurance product) includes a built-in commission, we will:
1. Tell you upfront how much the commission is
2. Offer a fee-based alternative whenever possible
3. Seek your consent before proceeding
No Surprises, No Small Print
All fees are explained in full before any work begins. There are no unexpected charges, commissions or hidden costs.
We’ll always give you a clear, written proposal, and we encourage questions-transparency is a two-way conversation.
